I always have a great experience here. They’re fair, don’t try to oversell you or mansplain what’s going on. All key things for women going to a mechanic. They also get you in and out in a timely manner which isn’t always the case at other shops where my car has sat there for 2 days before they even get around to it. I’ve been coming here for 5 years with my work and personal vehicles and will always recommend them.

Awesome place! We've lived in the neighborhood for 18 years and always passed by. Needed immediate service for my son's older model car and they not only took us immediately but gave us a better rate than we got at other places, explained exactly what the problem was in layman's terms and even alerted us to other safety issues with the car and a timeframe to fix. Delivered on recommendation from our neighbors - honest, fair and reasonable. They will service our car going forward. Highly recommend!

I've brought my car here a few times for a variety of issues - from an oil change to an issue where I needed a diagnostic service. I found them to be fair, honest and on time. I haven't had any issues with work done there. Definitely will be back.

My tried and true spot for all my car's needs. I've been coming to Fix Car now for over 5 years at this point. As a woman, it can be hard to find a shop where you feel heard and not taken advantage of. I tried many before finding Fix Car Now as my 'place'. I cannot say enough good things about David. As many times as we've worked together, I feel like we are family at this point! You can expect fair prices and quality work when coming here!

They were so easy to communicate with (picked up the phone right away every time), were able to fit me in on a moments notice (very flexible with scheduling, said I could come in whenever), and were proactive in ordering necessary parts. After some work was done on my car, a part failed and left me stranded at work. Instead of brushing it off, the team acted immediately. They sent a senior technician to my location, took care of the problem on the spot, and brought the car back to the shop to correct everything properly. The staff was respectful, calm, and took full responsibility. It’s rare to find a business that responds so quickly and professionally when something goes wrong. That level of accountability makes all the difference.
